Child Wellbeing: We understand that many of the children will be finding this particular time very difficult. A little reminder that our Wellbeing page (link below) has lots of ideas on how to keep our minds happy and healthy.

Online Safety: Due to many families and children now working from home it is important that we are encouraging online learning but also maintaining a healthy balance between online learning and other online activities such as social media, games and apps. Please ensure that children are aware of the online risks and age limits for using apps during this time. Below are some websites with some great resources and advice.

	Starting Monday 23rd March, Joe Wicks is hosting a free workout aimed at kids LIVE on his YouTube channel. You don't need any equipment, just tune in to his YouTube channel at 9am each morning for a 30-minute, fun workout live.
