The Adventures of Odysseus

Setting sail for Ithica after a long and brutal Trojan war, Odysseus imagines the grand welcome he will recieve when he at last arrives home. But Posiedon, God of the Ocean, has a good reason to be angry with the Greek Hero. As he fights to find his way back home across unfamilliar seas, Odysseus has to endure harrowing ordeals and adventures.

This term we are reading 'The Adventures of Odysseus'. We will be using the text to inspire our writing and to link to our history topic 'Ancient Greece'.
